About Me

Hi, I’m George and I am Vice President at RTRS. I joined Evolution Recruitment Solutions (RTRS parent company) in 2007 as a Trainee Consultant, and quickly progressed into a number of management roles. By 2013 I was running a multi-million-pound business unit, the largest and most successful IT Division at Evolution with a team of 20 consultants.

I made the decision in 2013, with Evolution’s backing, to build an engineering brand and start Real Time Recruitment Solutions (RTRS). RTRS works with a number of the leading Defence, Aerospace, Automotive and SME Engineering businesses across the UK, supplying niche skills within Software, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Quality.

I am responsible for the operational running of the business and currently manage a team of 15 people across both permanent and contract recruitment solutions.
