This role requires the applicant to be fully proficient in BMS Design, Software, Graphics & Commissioning.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of high end BMS / HVAC applications.
• Experienced in point-to-point commissioning of BMS / HVAC systems.
• Experienced in using ComfortPoint Open (CPO) Studio software
• Experienced in using Tridium/Niagara products preferable
• Prior experience working for Honeywell on other projects is preferable
• Assessment of customer site conditions.
• Produce/Manage software and graphics delivery.
• Control systems design, implementation and documentation.
• Provide support for project handover and customer training.
• Project closeout.
• Projects to service handover

Skills required;

• Proactive/self-learner of new products and applications as they are introduced to the industry sectors.
• Excellent PC skills including strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge
• Understanding of software development processes with excellent IT knowledge
• IT (cyber) security knowledge.
• Working knowledge of electronics, HVAC, fire, security products and networking (overall ELV).
• Knowledge and experience of British standards.
• Knowledge and experience of security industry standards (e.g. Rotakin, NACOSS, CPNI etc).
• Experience in multiple sub-systems and open protocols.
• Experience in managing custom software developments.
• Ability to understand customer requirements/restraints.
• Ability to communicate clearly with an understanding of the audience and to present ideas and gain commitments that are crucial to the success of the program.
• Deep knowledge of the automation industry and 5-7 years experience.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization.
• Self motivated and directed.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Degree in Engineering or Business preferred (but not essential)
• Six Sigma certification preferred (but not essential)
• Experience in at least two of the following industry sectors is a plus;

o Stadia and Arena
o Government (Central/Local/Military)
o IT
o Manufacturing
o Pharmaceutical
o Retail
o Education
