Job Purpose
The Maintenance System Operator provides maintenance system support to the instrument service delivery teams. This role delivers in line with all aspects of safety, quality and environmental standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities
1. To work safely in accordance with all safety, quality, security, environmental and site
instructions and requirements
2. Provide maintenance system support to services teams
3. Operation of the Work Order systems to ensure timely delivery of work for the customer
4. Support procurement of spares, consumables and office supplies through procurement
process
5. Contributes to the operation of the maintenance tracking systems to ensure efficient and
timely service to the customer
6. Provides general administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operation
7. Collates data and information for reporting to the customer and the business as required
8. Identify improvements and innovations in service provision to enhance the efficiency and
quality of service provision. Timely implementation of agreed improvements

Experience/Qualifications/Skills
Essential:
? GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above in English, a Science subject and Maths
? Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft office products
? Experience in service delivery environment
