Position – CMM Operator

Type – Contract

Rate – Circa £30.00 per hour Umbrella Co (Negotiable DOE)

Hours – Typically 37.5 hours per week

Location – Gloucester, UK

Duration – Approx 3 months (dependant on candidate / workload)

Industry – Aerospace

CMM operator to support us in Gloucester with a really software skills. 

• Duration: a couple of months, maybe more depending on the expertise of the resource
• Location: probably 100% onsite in Gloucester  
• Start date: as soon as possible as usual
• Inside IR35

Basic duties for this position:

• Write CMM inspection programs – full inspection program have to be created (100% of all drawing features) in order to capture all the data
• Software: Renishaw Modus metrology.  This is mandatory, the resource must know Renishaw Modus metrology and must know how to use it. I need a resource that can hit the ground running and have prior knowledge of the field of expertise – we do not have time to train her/him.
• Team spirit / Ability to work effectively within an integrated project team
• Experience within the Aerospace industry
• This role requires the jobholder to work flexibly by supporting other areas of the business as and when required
